The AI listing writer talks to Anthropic's Claude. You supply your own Anthropic API key in Settings, and your device contacts Anthropic directly — nothing passes through us. You can remove the key at any time, and the rest of the app keeps working.

Settings → Restore Purchases. Purchases are tied to your Apple Account, so a new device signed in to the same account can restore without paying again.
Subscriptions are managed by Apple, not by us: open the Settings app, tap your name, then Subscriptions, then SellCut. Cancelling there stops the next renewal.
That is background colour bled into the edge pixels by JPEG compression. SellCut erodes the mask before feathering it to remove this. If you still see it, re-shoot with more contrast between the item and the surface behind it.
Yes. Realtor mode writes copy for Zillow, Realtor.com and Redfin. It is written to follow the Fair Housing Act and will not describe the kind of buyer a home suits. You remain responsible for reviewing anything you publish.
